Jordan Speaker’s background is in finance, real assets, investments and operational excellence. Jordan has structured and raised capital for entrepreneurs, and worked in commercial real estate regarding sale / lease back transactions and deal structuring. Additionally, Jordan has drafted and negotiated dozens of asset related contracts and has served as a management consultant specializing in cost optimization and revenue enhancement. 

Jordan serves as the Vice President of Business Development of Woodmar Capital ventures, and oversees accounting, investor relations, investment management, capital and legal structuring in conjunction with our attorneys and accountants.

Jordan has MBA from the prestigious Jones School at Rice University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Colorado State University (Cum Laude). He also served in the United States Army as an Explosive Ordnance Team Lead, completing over 300 bomb related missions. Jordan teaches enterprise acquisition and investor fund raising at Rice University and serves as a board member for multiple Texas based veteran non-profits.

Jason Woodall began his career in the oil and gas industry where he has 15 years of experience working on a variety of complex projects.  His career has allowed him an opportunity to gain expertise in investment appraisal and cost modelling, which has resulted in recurring requests for him to share his knowledge as a guest lecturer at the University of Houston.  He has led the evaluation of multiple global projects such as offshore helicopter services, a potential refinery merger, and numerous domestic oil field service initiatives. 

His experience in capital budgeting, capital allocation, and project financing is well suited to his role with Woodmar Properties.  Jason analyzes and identifies markets and properties for consideration by Woodmar and is also responsible for leading financial underwriting for bank lending.

Jason is married to his wife Amber and has two children under the age of 6.  He also holds an MBA from Rice University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Trinity University.
